JOHN LIVADITIS, PRESIDENT
John Livaditis (President) has been immersed in real estate since he was a child. John started working as a commercial real estate broker in 1998 and founded AXIO Commercial Real Estate in 2004, he has leased over one million square feet in Denver. John has built a career working with both local and national concepts helping them secure the best locations at the best possible terms. AXIO was created to be a boutique firm with the ability to focus more time on a smaller number of clients than the larger companies in the market. John is recognized throughout the industry as an expert in real estate and clients are consistently impressed but the amount of time John personally spends focused on their needs. John received his undergraduate degree from Michigan State University and a Masters Degree in Real Estate and Construction Management from the University of Denver. John is an accomplished athlete representing Greece at the 2002 Winter Olympics in the sport of Bobsled and remains active Skiing, Biking, playing Hockey, and chasing his three kids around.
BRIAN FRANK, SENIOR BROKER
Brian Frank brings nearly two decades of expertise in commercial real estate, with a specialty in the Denver, Dallas/Fort Worth, and Phoenix market trade areas. Before transitioning to commercial real estate in 2005, Brian spent 15 years in the restaurant industry, giving him a deep understanding of the restaurant market and the complexities involved in launching successful dining concepts. From evaluating location potential to understanding economic factors and aligning with each restaurateur’s vision, Brian leverages his unique insights to support restaurant clients in achieving their goals.
Known for his hands-on, results-driven approach, Brian guides clients through every stage—search, negotiation, and closure—while navigating the unique challenges of each transaction. His ability to deliver creative solutions keeps projects moving forward, ensuring timely and successful outcomes.

DAVID SCHNEIDER, SENIOR BROKER
After 30 years in the restaurant and hospitality business, David Schneider made the career change to commercial real estate. After owning restaurants in both the fine dining and fast-casual markets, David understands the complexities that face both the tenant and landlord. David strives to successfully curate relationships that will stand the test of time. A native of Cleveland, Ohio, David is a father to twin teenaged boys, enjoys live music and all that Colorado has to offer.
SAMANTHA CASAUS, OPERATIONS MANAGER
Samantha (Sam), originally from Southern California, has been a proud resident of Colorado for the past decade. She began her professional journey in business-to-business sales for a network management company before working for a major law firm and developing her knowledge of contracts and legal operations. Once in Colorado, she took a role providing backend hardware and software support for a leading property management company based in Denver. During a brief break from traditional work to start a family, she remained active in the industry through IT consulting and work at a digital marketing firm. Returning to full-time work at Axio, Sam now oversees all facets of firm operations including expanding her knowledge and experience of commercial leasing as a broker associate.
Beyond her professional achievements, Samantha finds balance through Pilates and exploring Colorado's natural beauty while chasing around her two young children. Whether navigating mountain trails or enjoying city adventures, she embraces the active lifestyle that Colorado offers.
